0-5k (Coach to 5k)

If you are new to running or a returning runnner and not quite sure if you can run a 5k, this course is a perfect starting point, which will lead into our regular sessions which start at 5k.

Delivered by our lead coach and supported by our LiRFs this course provides the ability to run 5k by the end of the course with other like minded people.

5k+

For those looking to further their distance upto 10k, this course typically carries on at the end of the 0-5k course.
